Should you require any changes to your order please contact us for assistance.
Defective/Damaged products
Defective or damaged products will be assessed to determine the best corrective measures – please contact our Office.
Defective products will be repaired, replaced or refunded.
You have up to 6 months after receiving the products to report a defect.
Products that cannot be returned or refunded
Products that were customized to your specific requirements
Items damaged after collection or delivery and acceptance
Products not used, assembled and installed according to user manuals and generally accepted fenestration installation methods.
The refund process
EFT payments are subject to verification of your banking details and take up to 10 days to reflect in your bank account.
